I knew we made the right choice with Woodsman when we met them! We had 2 months of unforeseen delays to our project (extra permits, site access, weather) but Woodsman still finished the job ahead of schedule, even during a pandemic.We couldn’t be happier with the immaculate detail of our home, thanks to Woodsman! We were very nervous heading into the process as we had never done a renovation before, nor had any contacts. From the moment we met the Woodsman team, their organisation and communication skills shone through. We felt an instant connection and they provided a great high level understanding of the process and costs, which was unbeatable compared to other estimates we received.Their communication was top notch! We had to move interstate during part of this renovation and the team spoke to us regularly and sent through lots of photos so we could keep up to date. They were clear with the things we needed to consider/decide and offered great suggestions throughout.There were a few hiccups along the way due to our self-appointed architecture, and also a surprise nook we found behind a cavity wall. The Woodsman team picked up on these issues early, worked with us to find solutions and helped us redesign our spaces accordingly. Throughout they provided us advice and guidance and made suggestions that helped us save money or improve our overall look and feel. They also negotiated with our other self-appointed consultants to find us better solutions that saved us money. The contractors they engaged for works are all highly skilled, reliable and experts in what they do.These guys are a joy to work with! They care and they’re proud of the work they do (which shows in the end result!). I’m actually sad my renovation has come to an end as I’ve really enjoyed working with the team!
