At the end of this phase, Woodsman reviews the likely build cost so you can see the financial impact before progressing.
If needed, we adjust the size, layout, materials or finishes early to keep the design aligned with your budget.
Once the design and budget are aligned, we prepare the detailed documentation and coordinate approvals.
When you are ready, our team takes your project from approved plans through to construction and completion.
